I can honestly say that this as bad as a side I’ve seen since the mid 80’s. Completely bereft of any attacking structure, making basic errors, we’re quite frankly embarrassing.

Stood at the back of the South Stand at the Shay and most of our supporters are more bothered queuing up for pints of soapy water and the ones around me actually think this performance is funny.

Roll on 2019.

They are making more ground up the middle and are, winning the forward battle, comfortablely getting well into our half on most sets.
Their passing and handling and set plays Are far better than ours and they are making less errors.
Their game managment and organisation is far better than ours, they have willing runners and our out enthusing us in every department.
Shocking first half reckon this will be a close second half unless we improve 100%

And they are part time

Given the highs that we have experienced over the last 15 years or so, I never thought I’d say this, but it’s frankly embarrassing to be a Leeds fan these days...

I hope Sinfield and Lowes are kicking their s and telling the ones that will remain next season that a repeat of the first half will see them never get another Leeds contract.

We’ve lost “the edge” when the going has got tough the excuses have come out and certain players have hidden behind them.

Though I’m not expecting a massive player cull, I’d be shuffling these players closer to the exit door and bringing through the next generation.

Tbf the team has had the easiest time of it this year, in times past the fan base has been more vociferous in its displeasure. We’ve stuck by them, some of them have phoned in performances on many an occasion this season and simply are not up to wearing that hallowed jersey.

As long as we do better than a 32 point loss to Toronto we are safe regardless of other results.

I hope we are at worst drawing at half time on Friday as this group of players have all the mental fortitude of a sloppy turd.

They have one last chance to show they are capable of a competant performance
