| South stand has gone, it's a new stand, the Rhinos have over £14million in debt, there will be a big whack in the prices of the new tickets, especially to sit down and with the best intentions preference will be give to corporate people, they expect me to pay £12k for 4 tickets next year, I don't think they will ask me to sit in the corners of the new south stand while they complete the North stand. I do however fully agree with you that the tickets should give priority to the many guys who year in year out have been in the South Stand, I just think for the first year they will need to protect the corporate income. I think the minimum season ticket price for sitting down in the south stand will be at least £600 for next season. I just hope I am wrong but that will be the reality of having so much debt . Interesting times ahead.

This is what you get when the owner of the club "wins" the tender for the rebuild. There is no pressure to finish things to the right quality and on time...'"
You have far more chance of right quality & time if the successful contractor is making a decent profit. Winning work based on lowest price gets you Grenfell.

| Look on the Brightside, the suits in the Southstand are not going to want their ears assaulted by the Southstand band so you'll probably see them shunted out.

Have you got a source for that debt figure? My understanding is that the funding for the redevelopment has come from £5m of cash reserves, with the remainder (mostly on the cricket side) coming via Legal and General / LCC.
The way I'd look at the club's debt is simply the same way that I look at my own mortgage. It's not an "operating" debt (ie, caused by spending more than one is earning) and it entirely servicable. Assuming the business remains on course, the debt itself isn't a concern.

Sky aren't happy with them either. Also Constantly reminded by a steward to not swear too much as Sky are doing their commentary behind us.

I wouldn’t argue with that, purchasing decisions should always be made in more than price and contracts should include performance penalties if they fall short too. In this case we didn’t even have a proper tender event.

| The central blocks in the SS seats that have their own entrance and access to a couple of lounges on a small upper concourse will not go on General Sale, so I heard. It will be psuedo-corporate until the NS is finished (it could easily be operational by Christmas and fully fitted out by Feb would be a doddle, but that's another story). Once the new corporate facilities are open, the SS central can revert to GS. Whether they will or not I suppose depends on how much £££ they're making
The GS seats will be accessed via the terrace and share facilities and will be priced as per the Carnegie central seats (currently £30 but likely more)
The family area that used to be in the NS will move to one of the SS wings, including the terrace. Hummus families on top and Seabrook below. The band can stay, but there's to be zero tolerance of swearing and abusive chanting in the SS
The season ticket price for the good SS seats is going to be set at £50 per game. Expected to be £600, but will depend on the season structure

| £50 per game is nuts. This isn’t premiership football...
Consider a father with two 18+ sons, they are ping to have to shell out £150 a game just to sit down, without food or drink (another £30-50) and then transport. You’re easily looking at £200 a game for 3 people. When you think of what else that money could be spent on, it’s not exactly enticing to watch the dross we’ve seen for the last few years.

Correct. If the central section south stand seats are more than the £30 it costs in the central Carnegie seats then GH should be wearing a mask
