This surely means the player contracts are null and void making them free agents?

TBF they are only expelled until someone buys their share then they'll be re-admitted.

The issue with the players isn't really their contracts, its their registration. Those registrations have (theoretical) value to the administrator.

How do you sell the registration of a player that you've broken the contract with? I get what you are saying and that normally underpins a transfer (you are buying the registration of the player) but it can't apply in the case of a broken contract. Let's hope th Bulls have appointed better administrators his time than they did in the past, where they appeared to be little more than vultures picking over a carcass...

Goes from bad to worse. The players have now stopped training. The club could potentially be in liquidation by Friday if no new owner has been found.

I know that the club can be argued to have been the architects of their own demise, but this is still tragic for the fans of this proud and once great club.

The game is possibly about to see the loss of one of its biggest and most storied members and it will act like this is something which was done it and not the result of the actions and decisions the game has taken and the choices it has made.

Bradford's story is the current story of the game writ large. Accept less and manage your decline or die.
