Bradford Bulls have been expelled by the RFL. Championship license revoked at this moment in time so currently they are not a rugby league club.
This surely means the player contracts are null and void making them free agents?

The issue with the players isn't really their contracts, its their registration. Those registrations have (theoretical) value to the administrator.

How do you sell the registration of a player that you've broken the contract with? I get what you are saying and that normally underpins a transfer (you are buying the registration of the player) but it can't apply in the case of a broken contract. Let's hope th Bulls have appointed better administrators his time than they did in the past, where they appeared to be little more than vultures picking over a carcass...
