I think we're over estimating how much cap space we have. We didn't have enough cap space to sign Seb and needed to release at least 4 players to fit him in under the cap. Since then, we've released Ormandroyd, Walters, and Mullaly, and brought Donaldson in, so I don't think we have room to sign someone like Savelio.

I'm disapointed we haven't got Savelio, but he's not played in at least 18 months, so it would be a big gamble to bet big money on him.

And people that arnt needed...i know donaldson wont be on much but there is liturally no point in signing him imo...its just a body for the sake of it, no need to have him and jjb in the same squad, if jjbs injured put one of your england academy backrowers on the bench, sinfied says he wants a certain percentage of the squad to be academy lads...no point havin them if we'r goin to stack them up behind journeymen. Peni Terepo about to become a free agent after being drunk and acting like an A-hole on a flight from Tonga to NZ.
He's relativrly fast, hits the line at speed and creates impact - something we're desperately lacking. Does have hands like cows t!ts at times though. Would go very well in SL and would be relatively cheap.

If we’re going to seriously improve we need seriously improved players mate. Catching and tackling would be high on my list of necessary requirements right now.

Kylie Leuluai was relatively unknown when he came from Manly; but he hardy ever lost a collision and had good hands. There was a reason he was cut from NRL but he was a very solid club prop. We need more of those and less Jamie Matthious....

Agree completely, and Terepo would be a seriously improved player compared to what we have, he'd be one of the better forwards in the league.

Terepo would be a good signing for us if we was to go after him (bit of a shame about why he's been stood down by Parramatta though) with our current Tongan's in squad in Hurrell and Lolohea i could see it very possible that Terepo could sign for us as it seems like everyone else we have been linked with has chose other options.
