Last year was true to form. Their coach is a perennial choker and his team choked in both competitions.

It was pi55 funny.

I was at the galpharm for their major choke against Catalans as a guest of Kevin Walters and the Giants fans were a disgrace. Those who bothered to stay until the end thought it was ok to shout racist remarks at the French players. You have to feel sorry for the thickos though as their French racist slurs were directed at a couple of the Australian contingent.

I got to see there other big choke against wire at wembley equally funny.

Their big choke was in the playoffs.

At wembley they were just outplayed by the better team.

But in the playoffs they almost seemed to write off their game against saints with team selection and performance. Despite the fact saits were vulnerable at the time and despite the fact they beat them in the CC semi.

Then there was the humungous choke an non performance at home to catalans.

They built a decent solid team but it was a team built on defence and controlling the ruck and they've completley lacked the extra spark and 'x factor' needed to win the big games.

Must of being down to the tough game they had the week before , They had Myler and Monahgan out tonight if the reports were correct?

Because when leeds had ALOT of injuries earlier in the season it was ''you should manage your cap better, like successful clubs such as us (hudds)''.

But then leeds beat a team that put 60 past you at home, in the CC and suddenly it's ''they had x and x out didn't they?''.

Surely,given their rapid demise,they are no longer worthy of our derision. We're mixing with the 'Big Boys' now a la Wigan,Wire,Bradford and Saints. They should be trolling the Halifax boards about their unfortunate Cup oversight and such like.
