Sutcliffe has played centre before. He was good in attack but weak in defense. Give Newman another crack for me.

Newman is going to learn so much from this season he'll become a very very good player but hes a weak link in defence at present with which we cant afford, however I'd like to see him keep his place as he gives us more threat in attack

There is lapses, but Hurrells defence is a far more concerning weak link.

Hurrell also coughs up more ball. I’d stick with Harry, it’s a great learning experience for him, but he needs more support from his inside defender telling him which man he has.

Agree, young Newman has done nothing in attack of late and Sutcliffe is a better defender than both Newman and Hurrell

It's that time again folks......Blame The Teenager.

After Hurrells efforts last couple of games, seems very strange. Newman was excellent defensively at Cas where the rest of the team were also doing their jobs.

Hurrell should hand back the marquee part of his wages until he can hold his shape in the defensive line. I hate seeing players jump out flapping their arms like he does, Hall used to drive me mad too. Map inside to out, trust your inside, keep your hips square and use the touchline as an extra defender it's not hard.

On the game tonight I've a feeling Huddersfield will have the better attitude towards getting the job done and getting closer to safety. More 'learnings' for Leeds and 'one or two areas to fix up' but with time quickly running out.
