| ATEOTD we can all have a bit of a moan about Terry missing this and that but it wasnt Terry who was lobbing suicide passes, missing tackles with our new brand of "exiting" panic rugby that was all down to us. We cant build pressure for jack sjit. We are lucky if we actually get an attacking kick away, even rarer that said kick actually hits terra firma. We dont force repeat sets and we wont bend our backs on defence.
These are all fixable problems that with a slice of humble pie and a dollop of hard work we can get back to doing what we know we are capable of, smashing teams with defence, forcing them into errors, and scoring off the back of them. You know?, what other teams are doing to us.

| I think some of the decisions for both sides were baffeling at times.
As for the forward passes, one was very maginal I thought, the other was deffinately forward. However, I don't think they were 2-3 yards forward as someone has suggested! And lets face it, not trying to be bitchy or provoke an argument, but Leeds score their fair share off forward passes.
The penalty against Cross on Cockayne was a spot on decision. To me He looked like he had every intention of shoulder charging Cockayne before he caught the ball, probably a little frustration creeping in on Cross' part.
Overall, we got the rub of the green, it happens. The overall reffing displays have to be looked at imo, not just Mr Alibert. It's been far too inconsistant!
For my last point, I would just like to thank the fans that travelled, nice turn out compared to most!

Agree in general the ref standard across the board are poor and vey inconsistent. not just Hallibut.
Regarding forward passes with calm thought yes we do and have had out fair share of forward passes but that sort of logical thinking usually goes out of the window when you are watching your team play

| The refs are not helped by some very poor linesmen.

True, but are the linesmen professional nowadays? not sure.
There will always be human error involved but there are far too many inconsistent decisions at the moment

No your spot on there and I think Cummins knows that and has told the Leeds match official to look out for them, and rightly so. We we're taking the pish a bit. But the annoying thing is when we get 1 or 2 chalked off and then the opposition get 1 or 2 tries that are not pulled up.

Yes the annoying thing is the aqbove. yes we have been guilty of forward passes, the hardacker try was a bit embarrasing. Its the inconsistent performance within the match

| The annoying element is not the forward pass, but the complete lack of consistency with what constitutes "holding down".
A number of times both sides came up with blatant "flops" after the tackle had been completed, only for Alibert to tell the tacklers to "moooove queeker". Exactly the same thing a couple of minutes later would get penalised, then it would be back to ignoring it for ten minutes.
As for not knowing the rule on kick-offs going into touch - that's simply an embarrassment.

| Alibert is a poor ref. Some decisions are seen as being wrong when they are just contensious. Many of Aliberts are just wrong.

| I agree with Andy Gilder it's the lack of consistency with referee's decisions that is really frustrating. After seeing the McShane incident I'd like clarification in what is classed as 'being dragged into touch'.
