| He's OOC at the end of the season, so I'd try to sign him.

| He seems to like the UK though, and if Salford could get a deal before he's OOC you'd think they would, except if they think he'd be the difference between staying up or not.

| I wouldn't be surprised if he ended up at Canberra or the NZ Warriors. He'd be a far better signing than George Williams.

| What not gave touched him with a barge pole, but his attitude seems to have improved massively, his chase back and tackle on Thursday was superb and showed a desire Myler never has or ever will have.

| Quote Charlie Sheen="Charlie Sheen"I actually like what I've seen of Wellington. He's no superstar, but he's aggressive, physical and mobile. I think he'll pleasantly surprise a few.'"
Can he tackle? We can't afford any luxury/project players at this point.

| Looks pretty committed to Salford to me. I'd love to bring him in but without any real leads this is just wishful thinking / fantasy RL.

| Are we allowed to sign a proper stand off tho? I presumed after playing a centre at 6 last season in Moon, a full back at 6 at start of this season in Lolohea and then a 2nd rower there last night that we wasn't allowed a proper 6.

| Hastings turned down a 2 year contract at Wigan as he wants to go back to Australia in 2020.
Well he did at the time. Obviously it will depend on him getting a deal; his reputation over there isn’t great.

| Quote Sir Kevin Sinfield="Sir Kevin Sinfield"Jackson Hastings is a player I’d like to see at Leeds, we desperately need a half back who will take control and has decent kicking game. He also qualifies for England so won’t be an overseas player, but will be non federation trained (if those rules still exist I’m not sure)
If we offer Myler and cash in exchange for Jackson Hastings I think Salford would find it very difficult to turn down. Ian Watson said in an interview the club have no money.
As the Salford Red Devils count the cost of their injury-laden defeat to St Helens on Thursday night, their head coach, Ian Watson admits that the club does not have the budget to sign new players. When asked if Salford would head into the market, Watson said: “I’d love to dip into the market, but unfortunately we don’t have the finances here to do that.'"
Incorrect, he is classed as overseas and non fed trained as it is not mother or father that are English, grand parents doesn’t lose the overseas quota spot.
