I appreciate these guys may not eat into the salary cap too much, and also that the young lads are excellent prospects, but we must surely be reducing our capacity to sign the quality of prop we really need.

Looks like there have been some options but at too high a price. We have some cracking prospects who will need an opportunity in first grade, maybe the club feels it can afford to wait for the right man at the right price.
They might have already lined someone up for 2020.
Don’t forget we still have some wedgy salaries to come out of the squad next year too.

I actually like what I've seen of Wellington. He's no superstar, but he's aggressive, physical and mobile. I think he'll pleasantly surprise a few.

Jackson Hastings is a player I’d like to see at Leeds, we desperately need a half back who will take control and has decent kicking game. He also qualifies for England so won’t be an overseas player, but will be non federation trained (if those rules still exist I’m not sure)

He's OOC at the end of the season, so I'd try to sign him.

It will be hard to lose Helen.

I reckon he'll be back in NRL next season.

He seems to like the UK though, and if Salford could get a deal before he's OOC you'd think they would, except if they think he'd be the difference between staying up or not.
