| Just listen to the supporters of the teams where he has been head coach. There hasn’t been one supporter who has spoke highly of him. I think that says everything of the man as a first team coach.
He came to the club when we were two points off the bottom of the league, we have finished two points off the bottom of the league, I then hear there has been an improvement. Will someone on here point out to me where the improvement has been, because facts are facts, you can only measure the improvement by the points we have won, yet we are still only two points off the bottom. I have a lot of patience, a lot of optimism, but now I’ve nothing left. It’s is a dreadful decision. The man has achieved nothing in his career as a first team coach, he is not good enough as a coach for this role.

| Why Ghost, where ever he has coached not one of the fans have a decent word to say about him. He has won nowt in the game, his teams have never competed and usually he leaves by mutual consent. If he is that good why wasn’t he first team coach before he came to Leeds. He is not even good enough for the Championship

| My last say on this matter, I know it’s a hot topic and a lot is said with tongue in cheek etc.
But what is true, like Agar or not, it is hard to justify him becoming head coach of Leeds, I cannot find the words to write down how and why he has got this job.

| As someone who watched the Agar years at Hull I'm astonished he's got another head coaching gig.
He seems to be highly regarded within the game as his appointments at Wire and Leeds testify, but at Hull it wasn't just the results that were poor, the standard of rugby was awful.
Five drives up the middle and a kick.
Pretty much the same garbage served up under Radford as a matter of fact. Hopefully Agar will poach him as his assistant.

If you can’t see an improvement in the team the I don’t know what you’re watching, do you think the team im thr first half of the year would have held seven sets on their own line out like on Friday.
Look its a futile argument as were never going to agree the proof will be in the pudding next year and I’ll happily (or rather unhappily) hold my hand up if were scratching around at the bottom again.

| Really pleased for Agar. Has conducted himself very well over what will have been a difficult period both personally and obviously has been for the club. I'm glad this has now been put to bed and the right outcome reached.
A one year rolling contract is interesting as it hardly reeks of confidence in Agar but it astute and shows the club has learnt from the Furner debacle.
It's time now to out the embarrassing snipping behind us and as fans get behind Agar. If it does go badly the club are not tied in long term and if it goes well he will obviously want to stay.
Feels win win for me.

| A few people I have spoken to in the pro game speak highly of him as a tactician.
Agree with points made by Brisbane, if one Aussie coach fails you can't just run scared of getting another.
He would not be my choice but Wish him the best.
For me the key was to Get the best man to bring through the academy, hope he can do a good job of it. The second bit is recruitment and retention in next 12 months.
End of 2020, the following are off contract (if still here by then), Tom briscoe, Myler, Dwyer, ward, peteru , singleton, Cuthbertson, cam smith, Carl Ablett, Holroyd, Dupree and mustapha. Golding is off in 2021 plus others.
I'm guessing that Sinfield's commitment to the new model as being right for the future has now been binned off.
My level of expectation and hope is now so low I will be happy just to avoid a relegation scrap.
I believe Agar has recorded more losses than wins during each of his coaching tenures at wakey, hull and wire, so middle table will do me fine next year.
A one year rolling deal is what Brian Mc had for all those years,

| We know there are some specific holes in our squad. A few players are in last chance saloon next year. A couple will naturally come off contract and be allowed to go. A couple more Academy lads will put their hands up for first grade.
Would expect a little more movement before the new season starts.
We could also do with as much wiggle room on the cap as we can get because some talent from the NRL is going to be on the market.

| I dont think anyone could say Agar hasnt got them playing for each other more consistently especially in defence.
However that's a "minimum" standard attitude & effort process by the Squad isnt it?
Again i reiterate its not personal nor do i want to see ANY Coach or player or backroom staff fail at Leeds.
JP used to talk about non negotiables what Agar got out of the squad where Furner failed were those exact same things.
This squad & Coaching set up isnt good enough to get us back fighting for a top 5 push imo & that should be a bare minimum.
