He wouldn't have had a sleeve left on his shirt or an a[irse[/i in his pants if my mate's police dog had got hold of him
He (not the dog) gets at least one holiday a year from the overtime earned at Elland Rd so there is a purpose for everything in life after all.

| Quote EmmaMur01="EmmaMur01"Why should the Leeds citizens lose out because of hooligans? She has probably lived here all her life, and goes to Yates every Saturday for her dinner.
I would sod the lot of them and play matches like that behind closed doors.
And as for that stupid, idiotic woman who had her child with her who looked frightened, "Oh yeah, I would join in if I didn't have him." YOU STUPID STUPID WOMAN
Oh, who foots the bill for these hooligans??'"
I agree to a point that that sort of behaviour is inexcusable, but the problem with that is the hard core hooligans don't care about the football and only turn up to cause trouble. The vast majority of Leeds fans, who hate that sort of carry on, would be the one's to miss out.

And while I agree with you, why should the citizens of Leeds, like that old woman, lose out?

On a similar tack, Ajax and Feyenoord have reached agreement this week on a five year ban on away fans for games between the two clubs following recent disturbances.
Would be interesting to see if some of the more "troublesome" fixtures over here could be managed in the same way, given the stick Luton got in the 80s for their unilateral ban on away fans.

They do, he's got two police dogs (one "live" and one in training) and they either go to the kennels at Wakey for a break or more often one of the other dog officers at his place of work take them in.
And of course police dogs do not bite, they simply "detain" the offender until the handler tells them to release, how long they "detain" of course depends on how long it takes the handler to read the detainee his rights, handcuff him, advise him why he's been handcuffed, have a fag, go for a sandwich at Subway, and fill out all of the paperwork, then maybe the dog can let go
He told me a very funny story about one of our local house burglars who was out of the nick carrying on his normal method of aquiring other peoples possesions who refused to stop and be spoken to when my mate and one of the dogs were off duty and out for a walk. He was ragged to pieces and punctured on every limb by the time he'd realised he was speaking to a police officer and had stopped trying to make off - the dog got a commendation for that

Wouldn't necessarily stop 'fans' from turning up though. I'd be interested to see how many of the hooligans actually get into the ground
