Stephens was regarded as the better half-back by those at Leeds at the time. It was Wigan who saw the potential to convert Robinson to a winger that Leeds hadn't spotted.
Always felt a bit sorry for Gareth. Inadvertently at the centre of the decision not to retain Jason Robinson, and also in the one that ended with Bobbie Goulding getting moved on too IIRC. Neither of which were his fault. |

To be fair I expected Offsard and Gerrum Onsard to be penalised far more for their indiscretions but referee Sinfield did seem to overlook these offences all match. |

Tickets for the East Stand are still available if you don't mind being among the Rovers fans.
You can order online from Rovers and print your own tickets. There is a chance they will all be sold if you want to buy when you arrive. There are only about 300 left now.

A limited number of tickets are available in the South Stand for Leeds supporters. However, there is no cash turnstile in operation. Away fans must purchase a ticket from the Ticket Booth in the North West corner of the stadium and are advised to arrive early to avoid disappointment. The Ticket Booth will be open from 11am. Tickets are priced at £18 adults, £10 OAP's (over 60) and students, and £5 for juniors under 16. |
