Anyone paying that amount up front for a guy who has his off field recordl and never will be reliable off the field need to take a long hard look at themselves . Shows how desperate Hardaker is because he is alleged to hate Cas with a passion in the past'"
Their initial offer was £90k but Giants offered more

"The Golden Generation finally has its Golden Fleece! They have Wembley Cup Final winners medals to add to their collection."

| Quote: William Eve "In the same way that serial killers are deemed 'serial' if they kill at least 3 people, serial offenders or miscreants are deemed 'serial' if they offend at least 3 times.
Hardaker may be deemed a serial miscreant before the homophobic incidents and the assault of a student because he'd already offended at least 3 times. Call it 3 strikes and you are a serial miscreant.
He offended no less than 3 times whilst in camp with the England squad during the RLWC2013... rlLINKrl
Strike 1 - Hardaker was one of several England players who disobeyed an alcohol curfew in the aftermath of the defeat against Italy. Others implicated were Hock, Graham and McIlorum. Hock was dismissed from the England squad for also missing a swimming session the next morning. Graham and McIlorum sat out the opening RLWC fixture against Australia as punishment.
Strike 2 - At some stage during the England camp, Hardaker was involved in another incident which involved fighting and as a consequence, he didn't get selected to play against Ireland. McNamara claimed Hardaker was ill and got very annoyed at a press conference when it was put to him the reason for Hardaker's absence was due to another incident taking place (fighting) which may, or may not have taken place in camp at Loughborough.
Strike 3 - Hardaker once again disobeyed an alcohol curfew claiming that he didn't believe it should relate to him because he hadn't been selected to play for England against Fiji. As a consequence, he was booted from the squad. McNamara and others couldn't resolve the issues caused by Hardaker's behaviour and sought help from the Leeds Rhinos who duly intervened, launched an investigation of their own and fined him £2,500.'"
Strike 3 never happened. He was out of the squad 6 days before England played Fiji so "he hadn't been selected to play for England against Fiji" is a lie. The consequences you mention in strike 3 were as a consequence of strike 2, but I can see why you would want to try stretch it into 3 strikes.

You and moschops81 ought to get a twin room where you can both enter states of denial at the same time.
You can scream about two strikes instead of three while he can scream about the absence of a literal sharp knife with a shiny blade that hasn't been stuck into Hardaker.
There were two separate alcohol curfew transgressions and he was involved in fighting. And that was only during being in camp with the England squad.
That's 3 strikes.
Feel free to peel the serial miscreant off the floor again and stick him in a taxi next time you spot him drunkenly offending in Leeds City Centre

The 2nd alcohol transgression and fighting was the same incident.
That your attempt to deflect away from you third story involving the build up to the Fiji game being proven to be wrong is duly noted.

Hardaker's expulsion from the England squad was spun as [i'personal issues'[/i, [i'couldn't reach the standards which had been set for the group'[/i and he was very sorry for all the embarrassment he had caused.
On his return the Leeds club, it allegedly didn't take very long for the Serial Miscreant to reject notions of apology and personal responsibility. Instead, he allegedly got the hump with McDermott and Hetherington because they insisted he engage in some form of penance. Allegedly, he was unable to go on his holiday as planned as a result and, according to one of his biggest fans on this forum, he would never forgive those two or the club for the way they treated him. It was also alleged that he delayed signing new contract at the club as a result.
I referred to the above allegations by one of his biggest fans on this forum as rlHOLIDAYGATE!rl but the link has now mysteriously disappeared (deleted)
Im not sure where you studied criminology but that isn't what defines a serial killer or indeed a serial 'miscreant'
For instance the killings have to be over a month a part to allow a cooling off period, from what you describe Hardaker would have gone on some kind of miscreant spree in the England camp.
Also they have to be caused by a phycological abnormality (if a mobster kill 3 people for money they are not serial killers) and Hardakers offences seem to just be poor decision making.
Its almost like your talking b*llocks again

Where's your evidence he was definitely one of those that went out drinking after the Italy game? I've seen his name rumoured before but I've not seen any proof?
Where's your evidence he was told he wouldn't play against Fiji?
Maybe you missed it when you were on one of your convientley timed absences from this board when Leeds had just won another trophy but I've mentioned more than once before that the person he was fighting with in that England WC story was actually a Carnegie player, who Zak swung at him and missed and then got sat on his backside in return. So hardly blindly supporting him at all times to mention that.

90k from Cas. Huddersfield offered more but Hardaker didn't want to go there.

He reckons that was just a rumour
Are you claiming he's not a serial miscreant?
