If there is a shortage of players in a certain position i personally don't think we should just look for an overseas player especially when there is no threat of relegation. the players you mentioned are quality players and not just a quick fix.

You failed to quote that bit, because you wanted to look big. You didn't.

Ridiculously you fail to see that on other posts my argument is not one of we should not sign, but one of we should not sign a centre "becoming available mid season". I would prefer to spend a transfer fee on someone identified to improve us, rather than a desperate signing because a player is available.
