| Really like krs balance between moving the ball and getting the tough stuff done. Their final pass may have been off in the first 20 but theyll win this. Peters has got them well drilled.

If MG can pull it off, I’m talking playing stand off rather than any of Seth’s prized assets, it could save us a load of cap space in future.
If, big IF MG and young Sinfield become 6 & 7, it means you have more cap space like aSt Helen’s do to buy better overseas players round them.
FWIW, which is naff all, I reckon Fergus McCormack is the real deal and will be SO in 3 years time and become Seth‘s and Graham’s saviour.
Sinny at 7 and MG can be Sr or LF.

| I really don't see it with Gannon at 6.
He hasn't got the pace, the ball handling skills or the attacking instincts imo.
He just looks like a classic back rower.
I thought he looked out of his depth on Saturday.
Not sure why we are trying these things in important games.
Surely this kind of stuff should be what the reserves is for?

| I just don't feel that MG or the team is In a place to experiment with this particular shift. The team needs as much stability as possible to grow which for now is myler with Austin out. And Gannon has missed to much rugby and just needs a familiar role. We played a cup knock out with pretty much one half with smith being tasked to do more of that role than MG.

Exactly Seth.
Myler is an ex-international HB, playing at FB.
He should always slot in as first cover when either Sezer or Austin are out.
And seeing as we are so short across the 3/4's, we should give Hooley a chance. At least he's a natural FB.

Probably because we were missing 2 second rowers, 2 half backs, and 2 wingers

| There's just no substitute for the speed and power KR have carried the ball with especially early in the tackle count with their backs. Parcells had a field day off the back of it.

There's still solutions that don't involve gannon in the halves.

| Good drama this Hall despite playing very well makes his tradition defensive balls up to keep Wigan in it

and who at full back? Hooley?
i dont think as a 3 Sezer, Myler, Hooley is all that much better than Sezer, Gannon and Myler

To be fair, the shambolic defence on their right side throughout the whole game was what kept Wigan in it.
Honestly, Wigan better pray they don't lose French. They'd be below us without him.
