Nah Poseidon Adventure is just way over the top acting, it's annoying. I'm more of a Towering Inferno kinda guy - actually my fave is "Dante's Peak".

Whatever the Govt announces over the next couple of weeks will determine whether the game survives short term or not. By that, I mean there will always be a game in my view, but clubs may need to mothball and players and staff lose their jobs for a while unless action is taken.

Looking at extending the season to say December or even later if needed. The test series v Aus will need scrapping.

If the fixtures restarted with the c cup it could help reinvigorate the comp as everyone will be desperate to see some football.
2021 would have to start a bit later with a short off-season but the game needs every penny it can get.

Leeds have a few full games on their Youtube channel including the full sky coverage of the 72-0 Leeds victory over Saints in 2004, what a great couple of hours watch that was, amazing to see how much the ground has changed!

Yep I remember that game clearly too, one of the best ever.

We need to be realistic here regarding the virus outbreak. There might have been a chance to stamp it out early but that's now long gone. We're going to see thousands infected in the UK, with possibly further waves of outbreak to come, as soon as suppression is lifted.

There are probably well over 100k people infected in the UK right now, we just haven't seen the cases hit the hospitals yet.

Don't expect this to go away any time soon. I'm personally just praying that we might see some normality within 3-6 months, even if there's another shutdown beyond that.
