I don't think Martin will be fit for Saturday. GH said on Friday night that Martin went into hospital for what was believed to be an ingrowing hair on his chest, turned out to be a little bit nasty. What was removed was half size of an orange. It seems it would be foolish to rush him back before it was completed healed.
I would keep as near as possible to play the same team that took apart HKR on Friday night. If that meant keeping back Ward until the following week but have him match fit then OK. Having played so well on Friday, we can beat Salford with the same team, or similar, so keep back Ward and Martin for the Warrington game. All the 17 played really well, and usually I am one of the first to criticise a poor performance so give credit when credit is due for a good performance.

I think Sutcliffe got injured so we would be a second row short without Ward or Martin, maybe ward and Mellor to start with Donaldson off the bench (who has impressed me so far)

Agreed. Donaldson has impressed me since we got him on trial at the back end of 2018. Might not be the best loose forward we've got, but I think one of the best players for effort week in and week out.

Hi I was there last Friday the official car park is OK just a nightmare to get out of. We found a small airfield just down the road from the roundabout as you enter the stadium,it was a fiver but we were straight out and away after the game.All the best for the game and the rest of the season

Yes and they have a nice cafe/restaurant there as well.

Phoned Salford up ,they said to go to ticket office and you can upgrade to seats.They said Leeds didn't request seat tickets .

Looking forward to this not been to Salford for a couple of years its a decent ground.

Martin won't be playing for next few weeks if reports are true, Ward? is it concussion or the club covering something else up, assume he plays then Donaldson in place Martin.

Sutcliffe will be on bench instead of Mellor, i now people always want to bag Sutcliffe but coaches will keep picking him, and not been over impressed with Mellor so far, i stress so far.

I thought Agar said both Martin & Ward would be back this week? If so both start imo.
If neither are fit then it'll be the same 17 as HKR.

AJ Bell always seems to get some stick but I've always enjoyed going, seems a fairly decent place to watch a game of RL to me.

I think its a cracking new stadium, if you get 8-10k in there its fine but like alit of modern stadiums pretty soulless with only 25% of capacity used.
