| Me too. Can't understand the negativity shown towards Toronto. They are a good model, an bring money into the game, and open up a new market.

| This could be very interesting. You need to win 5 games to be pretty safe. Win 4 and you could well finish 4th and be in the million pound game. The game against Toronto will be very interesting, we should beat the other championship teams, but with the exception of Widnes, we could easily lose the games against Hull KR and Salford (again).
Fun times ahead...

| We will be fine. Tonight meant nothing all eyes on next week. Only HKR and perhaps Toronto should test us but should have easy enough for top 3.

| Let’s hope you are right, but one slip up will put us in big trouble.
It can’t be helping recruitment for next season either.

| Before tonight Salford had won 1 in 10 in SL v Widnes.
Widnes have signed Finn and Hansen to give some experience.
. I reckon Finn would have been good for us, can kick goals, drop goals and steer a team about. He could have edged us a tight game.

| Wonder if there's any contractual get-outs were we to get relegated. Might not be the worst outcome if so.

| Hetherington and Caddick both need to get the coin out now. I don't know whether we have Watkins as a marque player but we need another one for next year as a minimum. I know a few people who are unlikely to get season tickets next year, instead they will pick and choose if we are any good. "There will be loads of room to get in "being the logic.
We need some class.
It's time for a brutal post season cull and pre season training needs to be at a different level to whatever went on last winter. We will have nobody playing for England. So it should be full on from mid November.
Hetherington is giving it plenty about the 450 seats in the banqueting area in the new stand. He needs to get something to watch on the paddock. Throwing Sinfield under the recruitment bus is just hiding.
We should not spend a penny less than Warrington next season. Anything less and I think both GH and Caddick can stand accused of taking the mick.

Won't be so good if Watkins and a few others walk away with no transfer fee paid.

I agree regarding Finn. He could only have improved our half back options. It would have been a major change to introduce a new half back at this stage of the season but he could not have been any worse than what we have at the moment, and i include Myler in that. Plus he is an accomplished goalkicker which could be vital in the qualifiers.

| As bad as we were i dont think (or more I hope) you can judge how we will fair in the 8s on that performance, dead rubber with one eye on a Semi Final with a few players rested never brings the best out of a team

As you say Usually changing halves near the end of the season would be nuts, but if you are all over the shop, can't kick goals, can't drop goals and see tight games keep drifting away, you have nothing to lose.

Salford new halfback signing from Manly, Jackson Hastings has just inspired them to beat Leeds with a try and had a hand in two others. Yet Sinfield felt the priority was 2 new forwards and picked Sutcliffe in the halves.
Signing a controlling game manager at half back has been a priority for a long time now so we go and sign a running stand off instead.

Hastings went off after 15minutes, he didn’t inspire them to anything, what inspired Salford was the fact we couldn’t hold on to the ball and when we did we did nothing with it, Forwards were our priority but I do agree the lack of organisation is a worry, if McGuire had stayed with us for another year we don’t end up in the middle 8s

And yet Mags might now consign you to the MPG.
Nothing is certain and we are far from safe but with one 1 win in SL in last 11 and that being against Widnes, the MPG might actually be where Leeds end up.
