Really not worth getting upset about this. It's a bit of a run out, a chance to give the odd player a game or to make a comeback after injury. Don't think many sides will be losing too much sleep about a win or a loss in this round. It may even make one or two owners and chief execs show a bit of spine to those who think the fixture list as it stands is a good thing.

Problem there Clearwing is he didn't do that.
He didn't use his subs correctly flogging players instead of sparing them.
Knowing we were playing 3 games in 8 days we should have played the 4 lads currently playing at Bradford.

We had an opportunity to put some daylight over the likes of Wigan and Saints and keep the pressure on Salford but we blew it.

The thing is, this isn't said with hindsight, it was perfectly clear to everyone long before.

Calm down calm down. Top spot was never really in the equation this season, even more so after the first cas loss. We still have a good chance of second spot, the way the season is shaping up 2nd/3rd may well be the better places to finish (look at the makeup of teams and their positions and think about it).

That's a bad defeat no doubt, but having two games over 4 days again a month after doing it over the easter period too is a nonsense. And we are expected to back up again on Friday FFS an absolute joke imo, and i can absolutely see the views of players and coaches when they speak out on this.

For McDermott of all coaches to say anything is hypocritical to the extreme. And with that his players should also be looking closer to home.

I agree with the point, but you work within it for player welfare, not make it worse.
