Personally I think we saw the best of Ryan hall when he was a few kilo's lighter, when was the last time we saw him intercept and blast down the touchline? He could easily loose 5-10kg in muscle still be bigger then most other wingers and gain back some of that blistering pace he had when he first came onto the scene. He's also got tonnes of years left in him and tonnes of try's wouldn't worry about his replacement or briscoes, more like trying to find someone to supply them better.

I personally don't think wingers of Hall's calibre are easy to replace. Wingers have to do so much work, and are so crucial in the early part of sets. Luckily, we do have some good prospects at the club, but the odds of them being as good as Hall are slim.

Sadly no , he is now at Wire in their senior squad , shirt no 30 , I think. He joined them towards end of last season. Think it great shame only got to be in our senior squad once but think was only named on bench. Agree with you was a quality player, scored lot of tries in U19s. We have let some quality players go from last seasons U19s, Jack Wray..now at Hull FC., Tommy Brierley -York City Knights ..Joe Sanderson -Hunslet Hawks -who was as good a kicker as Lilley, though with his link to Leeds rugby foundation maybe one day will see him back.

As Mac said in an interview yesterday, when talking about Corey Aston not been sent on dual reg as can only take certain quota..leaving many players without games ..ok he now on loan to Rovers...but this is why GH should get behind a reserve team. I still annoyed from a couple of seasons ago when we let Judah Mazive go..( now at Wakefield) really quality player scored a try in every match he played in..still represents England youth...only consolation is Wakey wasting him on the wing..was quality at FB..had Rob Burrow's style stamped all over him. Maybe one day someone will have sense to bring him back.
