| Brilliant listening to JJB and Stevie ward, good blokes having a good laugh, gives fans an opportunity to know the players personality more. Why anyone would find it embarrassing I'm not sure, if it were on TV maybe a bit over the top but they weren't.

| What was the final score?
Did we take anything from the game beyond just a general run out?

| 72 - 6. Not sure took a lot from game. Sure overall camp worthwhile. Think garbutt sent a very clear message he does not want to be playing with kids in any more games as has spent much of aus career. Looks like a man determined to build on last year and cement himself in first 17.

Exactly this. Some people really do need to chill out & realise the difference between a SL game & a pre-season jolly.

Agree....for god's sake it was a huge bonus for me. JJB is a bit of a character and no worse than listening to the inane ramblings of the Sky duo. (It seems Mitch Achurch is well liked by the group too)
As others have also said, Mitch Garbutt surely staked a claim for a starting position. Maybe it should be Galloway on the bench against Warrington (Singleton and Garbutt props with Cuthbertson at LF)

| I'm sure the camp is an important part of the build up to the season. But additionally I think that Leeds are helping to promote RL in the US. By giving the American National Team a game, even though one where they were outclassed, it provides a build up for their world cup qualification campaign and publicity, how ever limited.

It was the "Burrow is a goblin because he's small and evil" comment that had me laughing.

| Watched the highlights which may not be fully reflective of the game but:
I was impressed by Falloon who seemed to support a lot of the breaks down the middle and looked to step in and offer a makeshift halfback option on occasion which is a useful option.
Also looked like hardaker, Watkins and Briscoe combined well down the right. I felt at times last year we could have given the ball earlier and more often to Watkins so hopefully this is a sign of things to come.

Agree with that. More early ball to best talent Watkins more often has to be good news. Hoping that signing of ferres and when all fit greater 2nd row depth will help Watkins and moon on attack. Watkins was having to do a 2nd row's tackling stint at end of long season which I think then impacted on his test form. He was knackered.

| He was having to do a second row's tackling stint because Leeds were trying to hide Sinfield, McGuire and Burrow for 80 minutes.
So instead of defending two in from the wing where your centre normally would be, he was 3 in for most of the business end of the season and making 20+ tackles a game.
Hopefully Falloon can play big minutes and enable Watkins to defend a little wider. All part of the downside of having Burrow in your 17 unfortunately, he can't defend in the middle of the field so one of your centres has to move further in to cover.

| Just watched the highlights from a "proper" camera rather than the ones streamed on iPad.
Not a lot to take from it given the standard of opposition, but one bit of classic Achurch for his try.
USA kick downfield. Achurch makes absolutely no effort to get himself back in position to take some carries, instead just hanging around on their 40m line. Handley makes the break on the kick return, and Achurch is then in perfect position to stroll in under the posts unopposed having been rewarded for his laziness.

If it was truely Classic Achurch then he'd have injured himself putting the ball to ground.
