| Superb team performance and well deserved win. I understand why Sinfield won the MOM as his game management and kicking was so effective and so much better than the poor Saints kicking game who made it easy for our back 3.
Moon and Watkins must have pushed him close with outstanding contributions but I would have gone for JP who led the pack against the big Saints forwards and with another top tackler effort and the way he scored his try epitomised his determination.
Big mention for Burrow who produced the break and offload for a crucial score and lovely timed pass for the JP try and also for JJB who was 2nd top tackler with 38 until he was injured.

| Great team preformed. Hard to pick a man of the match with so many good performances but in different ways. The back 3 got us on the front foot on most sets. Centres looked like they could break the line whenever they had the ball. Sinfield controlled the game and kicked well. The graft from the likes of delaney and jjb. And peacock, what a try on top of a tonne of work.

I would agree with peacock. Aiton as well when he was on looked very good. No bad performances. Peacock stood out for me outside backs were great, all the pack went well. Mentions for JJB and Delaney who looked back on form for getting through the dirty hard yards. Garbutt as well looks a solid no frills meter maker

I am more impressed with Garbutts defence than metre making.
Twice last night he completed four tackles on the trot in a set of six. He is a big unit, and actually looks like in the short time with us, he has shedded some of the fat and slimmed down on the gut.

| Garbutt still looks a bit podgy to me Gotcha and needs to shed a little bit more but will get the opportunity with a good off season. He is a good interchange though to have right now, and we certainly don't seem to lose anything with him on the pitch.

Glad someone recognised that.Perhaps have a word with your coach because his grapes are particularly sour.He talks about penalties against saints but conveniently forgot about number of times they got away with flopsville.

| The decision by the video ref to award the Savelio try needs looking at again. When the ball first touched the ground short of the line the ball carrying arm from shoulder to elbow was in line with the hip. When the ball finally touched the line the ball carrying arm from shoulder to elbow almost 45 degrees to the hip and his body did not slide forward. This was not momentum but a clear double movement with the arm after contact with the ground. How com the VR did not look at that?

| I don't give a feck about whining coaches like Cunningham when we beat em. Makes it more sweet
Double movement for their try, but Child bottled overturning the decision. Not surprised though. He's useless on the pitch, on the touch and in the VR seat, and the RFL will defend bad decisions to the hilt.
Feck em though...Leeds are in the final. They're our beetches

| I thought we were clearly the best team and barring a wobbly period in the 2nd half when ST's had all the possession and field position we never looked like losing.
Watkins and Hardaker are poetry in motion when they get going and imo either should have got M.O.M but i do agree with Gotcha in that Sinny controlled that game from minute one.
We had excellent performances across the park last night and in that kind of form/mood i don't see a team in this League stopping us.
Savelio and Walmsley were outstanding for them but we still had enough to seal another CC final appearance.
Finally kudos to MC.D he sent us out there last night with a freedom to play what was in front of us but with a clear plan to attack Walsh/Burns and finish our sets with a good kicking plan.

| Thought all their tries looked dubious.
Two appeared to come from forward passes in the build up and the Savelio try was a double movement for sure.

I was watching the game with a non RL fan (who thought it was an excellent advert for the game too) and even he said...' wasn't that a double movement' ? It made for a more exciting game and the lad who "scored" looked a brilliant prospect for the future....BUT he undoubtedly did not score. A travesty which otherwise spoiled an overall fabulous refereeing performance. The ref was hardly noticeable in the game ...and that's how it should be.
I haven't seen Cunningham's post match comments, but he does seem a surly blinkered chap: didn't he once comment that Aiton was hardly a good hooker (or something similar)? Aiton has been a revelation this season and again he was missed when off the field. That said Burrow had a fine game and - as is often the case - despite his many runs up the proverbial blind alleys he is always capable of at least one game breaking piece of individual broken field brilliance. He really is like a human rubber ball that just keeps on bouncing.

| I love the fact we have two passionate figures in Shaun Wane and Kieron Cunningham managing at two of our biggest rivals.Adds extra spice to the games and when i see them losing it in post match pressers it brings a smile to my face, like the cherry on the cake
