There's a big difference between having a drink straight AFTER a game and not during the build up to one when a clear curfew was in place.

Whatever his "personal problems" are (and I think we've all heard speculation of one form or another), I wouldn't expect either the Rhinos or England camps to comment on the publicly without the player first doing so himself.

If it means more rubbish gets dumped on McNamara's head for being "uncooperative" so be it, but you would hope the player's privacy would be respected first and foremost.

Within the last decade Leeds have stuck with young players who've been up to a lot worse than what Hardaker is rumoured to have done.

Even if he is on the outer for whatever reason selling him to Wigan would make about as much sense as them selling Tomkins to us.
