Harsh maybe, but realistically not many centres in the whole of SL would play in front of Watkins (and moon) so Keinhorst will only ever be a backup to these two.

Maximillion, if playing Keinhorst in the pack this may help him get continued game time and credit for his pretty solid recent games.

Baldwinson is playing for U19s tomorrow.

So unless we see Keinhorst in the pack we could see Foster make his debut.

(Or Watkins might not play)

Minns is also playing for the 19's so that guarantees Keinhorst a spot, would expect us to line up something like this:

Imo if Keinhorst is on the bench then Watkins isn't as fit as he should be and in that case i'd leave Watkins out for an extra week and draft start Keinhorst and get Baldwinson onto the Bench.

Or the coaching team want to give him a stint in the back row. I think if Keinhorst is going to have a future at Leeds he'll have to move into the forwards.

He's far too light weight to be a forward. Another dumb coaching move if true.

If Baldwinson needed and convincing that Leeds is not where his future lies then his 5 minutes at Huddersfield and his non inclusion here - especially after JJB getting injured - is just the motivation he needs to put pen to paper on a contract in the NRL. Even more so if Keinhorst is going to play in the second row.

You really do have to wonder about some aspects of youth development and progression at Headingley

No,i wouldnt but we dont know what has gone off behind the scenes and baldwinson is hardly an established player in the mould of the players you mentioned.if there has been a fall out between the club and baldwinson over him signing a new deal then the club may have decided not to consider him for first team opportunitys and give other prospects a chance instead.
