From a preparation for the WCC point of view I hope Leeds get a good work-out regardless of the result as I doubt it will be anything other than an opposed training run the week after V Salford.

Typical Leeds supporter....such utter arrogance
Salford will raise their game and cause a shock (and lose by just 30 points)

Don't get me wrong, On the form of this week, You would fancy Leeds, But Cas showed a lot of spirit yesterday, We have lots of new faces who will improve significantly for that, And if we can stay with you for the first half hour, I have a strong feeling we will turn you over.
Anyone who thinks you will win by 20 and 30 points, Will be straight to the bookies this week, As I expect the Handicap to be about 12-14 points. And, I will be backing Cas.'"
Leeds biggest strength IMO is superior fitness and alot of teams can and do stick with us for the 1st hour and then the fitness and composure really kick in.
If Cas were lucky enough to be level or even a score ahead after 1 hr id still expect Leeds to win by 6 - 12 points

| I'm expecting a good, hard fought local derby with there being no more than 12 points between the sides at the full time whistle. This is the first time in a while that Cas v Leeds at Wheldon Road has not been on Sky so hopeful of a 10,000+ attendance. Leeds had an excellent reslut o Friday to build on whilst Cas must take the positives from the last 58 minutes against Warrington.

Sounds strange but it's true. You've got to go back to Castleford's second relegation season to find a fixture not televised by Sky. 16th July 2006, also a Sunday with a crowd of 11,016 in attendance to witness a Castleford win 31-30.
Leeds were already missing Sinfield but Tony Smith's decision to 'rest' his other key forward (Ellis) he probably got what he deserved.
30 degree C that day, it'll be nearer 30 degree F this weekend.

Danny McGuire has played there 8 times and scored on each occasion (12 tries) ..... he missed the 2008 game, Leeds' heaviest defeat there in the last 10 meetings.'"
Yes, but has ever scored from a pass that wasn't forward by a yard??????

Might go to few Hunslet games if Kylie and Moore are playing, alongside some of our youngsters. This is potentially a good situation for us and Hunslet. Maybe Hunslet with the added rhino ingredient may win some silverware .
If that's the case I may have to break out into a chorus of we have swept the seas before boys !!.

| Cas were in the 2nd division or whatever it was called in 2005.
In 2004 Leeds won their first Championship in years and Cas were relegated.
The perfect season in some fans eyes.

Ditto that for the 2007 season also for doc-rhino's benefit.

That would be the match where Danny Ward scored for the Tigers after showing an outrageous dummy
