Tigertot- I can understand your logic playing Sinfield at hooker but in 14 years at Leeds I bet he's only done it 5-10 times. Not sure you can name him there in a greatest side. Although it's all about opinions!

agreed it is all about opinions but to accomodate sinfield at nine when we have had some very good hookers play there over the years ward ,fisher, simms, maskill, disko, newton, jackson and buderus is just plain cheating

Easier to pick an all time Leeds side you'd enjoy watching most. Much as I'd like to include the likes of Gallagaher, Tuipolutu and Ian Scott this Leeds side would take some beating for entertainment value:

It was more based on his limited appearances there for GB. I'm not sure I've ever seen him there for Leeds, but I felt I had to fit him in somewhere. Ward was past his best when I first started watching Leeds. Maskill was average. Diskin was just coming to his best when he was cruelly injured for GB. Newton was far better at Wigan. Jackson, I almost put him on the subs bench, but concluded he wasn't at Leeds long enough. Buderus, while a better hooker than any of the aforementioned modern players is not the player he was, nor has he contributed to the extent of Sinfield in his time.

Tigs you should go for Tony Fisher given that we watched him on that cup final video versus Leigh!
