But the fact that a player comes in every match anyway is enough to get him throw out. I knew as I watched his protest and his attempted drumming up of support before he entered the bar that there was going to be trouble. |

I stayed till way after the final whistle and walking out there were a group of lads who were offering there season tickets away to anyone who wanted them, shame when i said that i would have them they put them back in their pockets.
Plenty of over reaction in the ground last night, i was surrounded by blokes who did nothing but whinge and and moan about the team ALL NIGHT then left with 10-15 mins to go! it wouldnt suprise me if one of them wasnt our protester.

Failed to defend the WCC, out of the Challenge Cup at the first hurdle at home, a two wins from seven record under coach McClennan against St Helens (our supposed major foe), winning two from the last seven, losing three straight at home for the first time since 2002, losing at home to the London/Harlequins for the first time in fifteen meetings stretching back to 2000, losing to Salford for the first time in twenty seven meetings stretching back to 1993 and the first time at home to Salford for 32 years all while having an under resourced first team squad with quota and salary cap space available.
But as you correctly point out all is not lost...... not yet. |
