Totally agree, it could well be his best position, he is too small to play 13 and too skilful to be stuck in the second row, think he should be spelled at dummy half when falloon needs a rest to see how he goes

I can be persuaded to give him a run at hooker but i actually think his development at 13 is quite exciting. We missed him for the semi and final as hed been playing really well imho. Think he should stick to the back row. He might be undersized but christ he plays above his weight.

Watch last years games again, I think even though he got rave reviews, we still underrated him. I've watched a few games back and his performances really jumped out both in attack and defence. Special player that needs to played in a position he will continue to develop into not messed around ala Pryce at Bulls!

I'd have Lilley at hooker if Falloon isn't available. Ward has the potential to be a world class loose. He has all the attributes.

It is not as daft an idea as all that. I am sure we would all agree that hooker is one of the key positions in the team and requires ball handling skills, great fitness, a creative rugby brain if possible and a sound defense if possible. Ward provides all these attributes and would have his hands on the ball more often and so able to direct our attack more than he can do from the second row. I also agree that in certain circumstances Keinhorst should also be tried out at 9.
