Got a crappy note apologising for the lack of handbook. It's taken a good while to sort the new ticketing out, you would have thought they would've had the books ready. Unless they are looking to save on postage?

It does consistently feel like they struggle with the merchandising side of things. There are always issues with this or that. Wasn't there issues with the cup final shirts last season?

Yes, mine came yesterday.

Yes. Normally they get replaced every 3 years but this time everyone is getting a new card

Are the Gold Memebers getting a new pen?

Still waiting for mine and I don't think they've taken any money out my account for monthly payments yet (and I ordered at beginning of December). Think I will ring them on Monday.
