Its like somebody had some bits left over from another construction project somewhere, but not full bits, just bits that were left over, like offcuts - so they decided to build a big hulk of a thing in the corner of the cricket ground and all the volunteers who turned up to build it had there own ideas about what it should look like and none of them talked to each other, they just started building their own bit and someone joined all the bits together when they'd all caught the bus home every day.

Thats what it looks like, not that I'm criticising or anything.
