Honestly think we could kiss goodbye to prospects this year if Tetevano doesn't come AND we've down an Ava from last year. We'll be able to field a side but that pack is underpowered up front for sure - even with Tet we're still short.

Prior is best at LF for me, even if he plays more in the middle late game. He has fantastic hands actually, couple of passes he flung out last season really caught my eye.

What we lack is simple directness and momentum gathering - and some whack in D. Been saying this for ages.

Mik and Tommy aren't anywhere near their peak as props yet, although both fantastic prospects. We should have two seasoned veterans to partner them. I think the club has alluded to this, but the fact remains after 2 years we haven't got this key foundation sorted out. Ava was perhaps "one of those things" - really solid signing but not settled. Merrin was a waste of time - I know that's not popular but I never thought he was the type of player we needed technically, even if he's a positive bloke and all that.

Easier said than done but hopefully we can bring in someone else this year - even if it was mid-season and we keep our quota and cash for that, we would be a chance for back end of the season at least.

And Agar, please keep Hurrell with Briscoe on that right hand side.

I’m sure given all the circumstances currently there’s bound to be a bit of a delay. At this stage I’m not worried. I’ve asked Peter Smith on Twitter this morning to see if he knows anything from our side about it. Will see if he reply’s

There are a few players that’s visa’s are taking a while. Sione for example, there are others, so at this stage I’m not worried.

Although Rhinos do not decide who does and does not get Visa's, you would have hoped they would have done their research to establish whether it was a formality or not. I wouldn't be announcing a signing if there was any risk to him not getting a Visa. Time will tell.

Do you believe this is due to his past or just how the world is in regards to delays, if others are having the same issues then might just be a waiting game rather than replacement job

We've confirmed the signing of King Vuniyayawa on a 1 year deal believe he was a free agent after being released by New Zealand Warriors in NRL. He's a Fijian international only 25 and comes in to replace Seumanufagai. Our pack looks better now all we need it to get Tetevano over here once He's visa is sorted

Could be a masterstroke this one, young, ambitious, won't be too heavy on the Salary cap.

Why waste a overseas spot on below average players. Would rather let a Leeds youngster have more game time at prop. Clearly a desperate filler signing from Leeds.
