| It'll come right, quite enjoyed it to be honest. Some decent individual performances, just didn't click as a team at all though that's hardly surprising. Good to see O'Connor and Gannon go so well

| Quote: Brodie123 "I see both sides of the argument, both sides are correct, no one more than me has moaned about the length of time it has taken to rebuild the team. Simply pinning the blame on the rebuild of the stadium is not acceptable, neither is pinning the blame on Sinfield is acceptable, however what is acceptable is some of the decisions that have been made over the years has been horrendous. When the plan to develop the stadium there should have been a plan a place that would not have affected the playing side of the club. Money was duly raised at a time when interest rates where never so low and raising capital was easy. I know because I raise corporate capital.
We have a rich owner in Caddick, make no bones about it he is a well off man, yet for some reason we allowed the playing side of the team to suffer at the expense of the ground development and that is wrong. It simply should have been planned better.
The decision on recruitment was poor, we never replaced any of the golden team on a like off like basis and unlike Wigan or Saints who lose players every year to the NRL they simply pick up replacements and they slot into the team. Why did that not happen here at Headingley, GH has a lot to answer for, with trying to build a team on the cheap, and hope the coach could improve them. McDermott he had to go, make shift coach in Agar is now in charge, he has done well but now we are so far behind the other teams, our rebuilding is again open to question.
We appointed a director of Rugby, now we have 3 big wages to pay, yet we are not yet at the level of Saints or Wigan, still we are giving new contracts to players who people on here say they are not good enough.
What the three guys at the top are not doing is saying how can we catch up Wigan and Saints and how long will it take.
I don’t see a plan that is open to scrutiny, a plan that is good enough, and still more quality recruitment is needed.
I don’t mind being in the bottom half of the table if I see improvement, but I will be surprised if we finish in the top six, if we don’t what will people on here be saying. The time is right to change the plan and move this club forward'" serious good post , Throw in long and chev and a lot of cooks no broth. Caddick originally saved the ground and guarantored initial rebuilds but i've also had the feeling he recouped with building contracts around leeds through his involvement, sts is good example of maintaining entertaining rugby regardless who they replace

| If you can’t pick Oledski as a standout from that game you should give your head a wobble. Superb.
Prior solid as per. Mellor solid in D. O’Connor lively. Gannon same. Gale brought control but his game sharpness is off. Hurrell was good I thought. King was good too.
Tetevano back next week, that will harden up the pack a bit.
I’d have taken the win before the game and thought we just about deserved it but we desperately need a 6 in there.

| Well I enjoyed it.
Thrills, spills, tension, and the sweet taste of victory!!
Not the finished product yet, but both teams clearly were desperate for the win so explains the lots-of-effort-but-plenty-of-errors flavour of the game.

I haven't checked the wakey board but I suspect that might not be the unanimous view

| We are currently shout, but the others aren't much better, even when winning. We'll have Tetevano, Myler,
Back now. Gale will take a few games to improve. Eastmond will be better coming back in with Gale.
Gannon, King and O'connor sound like they went really well. Walters sounded really poor and ? People on here Overrated him?
Let's see how next few games go. We need a win from either Hull or Cas.

Well summed up. Got away with that tonight no doubt. Really dumb with the ball. Hurrell and Martin were better in the second half. Young lads did well. Gannon looks a future super star. O’Connor went well he’s going to be handy.
Need huge improvement though, that was not good tonight

| Oledzski- another good performance though probably a measure of just how good he’s been that I didn’t feel it was his best.
Prior - as above though a couple of frustrating discipline issues
Gannon - can’t praise the lad highly enough great energy and quality, plays above his age, not a foot wrong
King- very good meters after contact and work rate
O’Connor- strong reliable performance
Gale - steady if unspectacular
The injury situation would hold more substance but it’s senior players letting down the younger generation. Tom briscoe again just dreadful.

Hard on Wakey, and in a sane world it should have been a draw but for me their equalising drop goal should never have stood. Dywer clearly obstructed. Now that I've calmed down a little I would say that seven of my personal starting seventeen were missing tonight, plus immediate back ups. No wonder they look awful. Doesn't make it easier to watch though.

Mik was monstering them in D all game; early hits brutal. If that really was his cut-out ball to Hurrell at the end too...
I’m still saying I see O’ Connor as a 9. He has come on loads.

I saw the ball in the left arm, that didn’t touch the ground before the ball was taken, my opinion should have been play on, I suppose you say 50, 50 call, some referees give it, some don’t.

| Oledski was very good, he was the only player to give Hurrell a decent pass sll game which led to us winning the game.
Gannon looks unbelievable for a 17 year old kid.
