The biggest marker on how awful leeds were was just how little of oledszki and Ava were seen, pitiful go forward though some more purpose made the world of difference. Lots to fix up there, lui the worst of the lot.

Looks like he is not fit too heavy, thats my concern not just an off it game. I like Lui but would not do him any Harm to sit on the bench especially if Walker is still out a few more weeks.

I thought Cam Smith, Cuthbertson and Martin were excellent in the 2nd half. I hope Agar focuses more on the first hour though, because play like that next week and we'll be a lot more than 20 behind.

We were far from perfect tonight but we have to remember teams have only trained for 3 weeks after having 4-5 months off, first 60 mins were absolutely dreadful shades of 2018 and early 2019, looked clueless in attack to many errors from the likes of Hurrell, L.Briscoe and Myler our pack was poor Seumanufagai and Oldezki were going forward and didn't get much game time, Donaldson still filling in as a prop isn't working for us and we need another big strong middle forward to improve our pack, Huddersfield deserved the win after 60-65 mins and was the better team but unfortunately for them Rugby league is an 80 minute game and some how we got into gear and created our own momentum and scored some good tries in last 15 mins playing good quick attacking rugby and Gale with great nerves to slot that Drop goal in Golden point as well. Agar and Sinfield need to be given credit to how they have turned this side around and given them belief in their selves 12-18 months ago if we had been 26-6 down with 15 mins left we would have conceded more tries but the team believe in each other and the team spirit is all there and the comeback reminded me of when we had Sinfield, Peacock, Mcguire, Burrow and Hall producing some magic to win us games. Hicks was poor throughout and honestly don't think he understood the six again rule but it'll take time i suppose for a lot of officials and players to get their heads around it. I thought Mellor put a great stint in for us and was our best player in the game putting in a JJB/ Ablett workman type performance in. Gale could be our best buy for some time he seems to be well respected in the team and proved he can come up with big plays when we need him too. Glad we got the win and glad that Super League is back!!!

Agree, Mellor our best for me and Hicks awful. Great signs that we can put in such a pathetic performance for 65mins, be on the wrong end of the decisions for 65mins on top of our rubbish performance and still get the win, great character shown.

Hicks loves the 6 more rule doesn't he? I'd love to see how many he awarded compared to the ref in the earlier TV game.

Yes Leeds were dogger for 65, yes Hicks has a silly new beard (IMHO) but as Wells said, the team now have the belief that when the odds of recovery are stacked against them they can still come up with the result. Bodes well that the core of the grafters are young lads we'll have for a while.

Not enjoyed a game as much in ages. Like an idiot I never lost faith and set myself up for a ribbing. Luckily Leeds sorted me out.

To be fair the discipline in the 2nd game around the ruck was attrocious compared to the Saints game.
