| Quote: G1 "It's not a difficult concept, even for someone from Wigan. Recent form suggests yuo have been struggling to beat teams in playoff positions at the DW Stadium. As you will have to play those very teams at that very stadium to reach the GF then that must surely be a worry? Is a victory over a top 8 team back in March really a consolation?
If it's not a worry then fair enough but I would suggest few teams in the top 6 will fear a trip to Wigan.'"
And I doubt we will fear playing anyone either!!

There's more than a look of the 2009 Huddersfield Giants about Wigan at the moment - August was where the wheels fell off the Giants wagon last year and they were never able to get them back on, crashing out of the playoffs with two straight defeats.

and I wouldnt blame then if they thought that. It has shown we can be beaten at home, but I dont think Wigan need to worry just yet, after every defeat we've come back very strong and had some convincing wins. They need 2 good performances to build some momentum going into the play offs and to get some of the injured players back and I think we'll be fine. It is strange how our away form is so much better though.

Please explain how the wheels have fallen off? Have we lost 2 in a row yet? (yes I know it can easily happen next sunday)

You've lost two in a row at home, and four out of the last six at the DW.
Not worried by that?

I am confident, whats wrong with that. We had a poor game but as before I think we will bounce back. All ive said is we havent lost 2 in a row yet, which we havent.
I can see why not many would be worried about coming the DW, I dont expect Leeds, Wire or Saints to be worried about us. But if people are going to go on about our form then they can at least get their facts right.

No, simply becuase as many of you have pointed out so many times this season, its only in the play offs were it counts.

| Quote: Tony Soprano "Won't all your play off games be at home?'"
Not if they lose their week 1 fixture at home.
They'll be at home in week 2 but should they win that one then they'll have to travel in week 3.
Terrible play-off system.
Quote: Tony Soprano "Maybe its because we played the better team out of all 4. We lost to a limited Hudds side but between you managed to beat Wakey, Cas and Celtic......well done! '"
Hull didn't win or even play in a semi final last week so not sure how the Crusaders made your list in place of Bradford.

| I think the Wigan wheels falling off is a bit of a leap of faith.
They were dominant last night and should have won the game. You could argue the same about the Saints and Wire games too.
They're not being outplayed and are still a very strong team, with the best defence in the competition. Wouldn't be at all surprised to see them win the GF. Any comparison to Hudds 2009 is daft IMO.

You're telling us.
Leeds needed Wigan to win that game to keep Huddersfield in check.
Looks like Leeds are going to have to earn their best finish by themselves now.

Where do you reckon you'll finish tvoc?
Bad weekend for Leeds, both Hull and Hudds picking up points they didn't really deserve from what I saw/read.
Massive game for Hull at pre-final Wire this weekend.
