I have no knowledge of the case apart from the fact that the judge said a few weeks back that they were looking at custodial sentances. Why would he say that, then not follow it though?

This just shows a lot about the world in this day and age.

It's true. My gran could walk down to the shops and not get mugged and beaten up in those days.
Not that she or anyone she knows has been nowadays but it says in her paper that you cant do that anymore. Usually due to teenagers or nasty foreigners.
