Bailey was being held down and Radford thought he'd be ok to get a few cheap shots in and get away with it due to Baileys reputation. Smith strangely showed he had some balls and made the right decision.........in a professional sport shown on national tv you simply cannot have somebody throwing 4 haymakers and getting away with it.
