I have heard that the club are appealing on the context of other bans for much worse getting a two match suspension. I personally think they have a point with that and won’t be surprised if it is reduced to one. I can see this becoming the norm as an automatic one match suspension.

Really would like to see Smith starting this one, on the basis of his performances but also as Mik is missing from the rotation and we seem to have enough grunt down the middle but Smith adds more dynamism so we're not one dimensional. Missing Gale as a pair of hands also another reason.

Yeah agreed mate. We must start Smith for this game and push Tet into rotation with the props. I'd be playing Vuniyayawa there too, he should be fresh.

Losing Mik is a real blow for our hopes of getting into play offs and doing anything this year IMO. We'll need to be smart to compensate for him.
