| In the interests of balanced viewpoints, I'm really enjoying the studious and diligently researched positive narrative on Parcell that is being generated by some of the more industrious members of this forum.

| Theres a 30+ page thread on the Manly board about Parcell. They seem in general to be pretty vexed off that he is leaving.

| Having seen his highlights clip on the site that cannot be named I'm quite enthused about seeing Parcell in a Rhinos jersey.
He appears to have good pace & footwork.
I guess we'll find out about his defence when he plays but hey let's condemn him before we've even seen him.
At least we've recruited someone well on the right side of 30.

Christ, there's more doom and gloom in that one thread than Southstander generated throughout the whole of 2015
Especially from page 26 when the Leeds' move is announced.

| Anyone know if we have a 80 minute hooker?Or is he in the Micky Higham bracket of a 15 min spelled hooker. We could really do with a 80 minute version so we can make better use of the bench players.

| if the Manly forum is to believed Hetherington has played a blinder, they seem genuinely gutted to lose him and rate him higher than Chicko, remains to been seen i guess

| Well, it looks like he has some positive qualities. I'll reserve judgement for when he pulls on the shirt, and is given a fair crack to show us what he's made of.
My worry is that he won't offer the equivalent physical presence in the middle when we're defending that Buderus, Aiton and Segeyaro all offered in different ways, i.e. he might be too much like Burrow. I wonder if he's used to defend out wide? But let's wait and see...

| This game of pass the parcel between the 3 clubs will prove very profitable for the Rhinos IMO
To explain my thinking, I believe that Segeyaro is a fantastic player, but sadly his body language was clear from the offset (despite him turning your disastrous season around almost single handedly) in that he didn't wish to be playing in SL,or in those middle 8's and also at venues like London and Featherstone
His excellent performances were IMO used to poke a stick into the NRL clubs in order that he could get a club sorted for 2017,His agent was freely touting him around the NRL whilst he was playing for the Rhinos but sadly for his agent and the player all of the NRL clubs were upto the cap level and there were no clubs available to take him on at the time that the Rhinos contract deadline arrived
I think that you have dodged a bullet by letting Segeyaro leave as IMO he could have been a disruptive influence if he had stayed under false pretences

Probably the most boring and utterly pointless of all the fake accounts to have ever (dis)graced RLFans.
To think that someone is actually going to the trouble of trying to mimic Phil Clarke, without a hint of comedy or irony.

You'd think the club in this instance (Manly) would take more notice of the internet fans views instead of ditching Parcell inside 12 months, just like Brisbane did.
Were Brisbane's internet fans equally vexed off when he was released last year I wonder?
