Was pleasantly surprised by him the other week. Thought he was ok around 4/5 years ago but has really gone downhill in the last 2 years. Glad he's not the VR because he often seems hell bent on disallowing tries when he does it.

Obviously Mac would have had the intention to go with the side that served him so well in the semi for the final but i do believe if one of the fringe players had put in a stand out showing against the Broncos it may have changed his thinking but they clearly didn't.
