Its a long day for the players though, didn't they fly about 9am? What do they do for 7 hours once they arrive? The players don't get on a coach to St Helens at 9am for a match do they.

I would imagine they will have some down time, a team walk, maybe a light stretching session and a meal. That will fill up plenty of the 7hrs. Then onto the ground for a bit of the build up, gameplan, tactics etc then the warm up and gametime.

Easy.

Thats probably why they set off so early, so they have time to get there and relax before they have to get focused. Anyone that thinks a short flight like that has an adverse effect on the body is kidding themselves, trust me, I was in the air over 1000 hours last year.
