Yeah he said it's precautionary in order to keep weight off it due to a slight ankle problem. Seemed to think he will be OK for Friday.

Or a try from on offside postion after we are given a penalty in the last minute.
We could always donate the 2 points to help you stay in SL.

| Knowing us you probably will mate.
Hopefully it will be a good game between teams standing at 6th and 9th in the table.
Who would have thought that a few years back?

Mmm... need convincing that he has better ability than Hardaker to pass the ball.

| It shouldn't be too much to ask the full back and threequarters to play two games in three days. It's the forwards who are going to need rotating the most, so I'd be tempted to go with big benches (two props, two backrowers) for both games rather than carrying a spare half back or hooker. Reduce the minutes your big men are having to play in each game as much as possible.
Often it's the weekend after the Easter period, particularly if the next game is on the Friday, that sees the drop off in intensity and performance.

Yup - which is why I'm a little surprised Leeds didn't bump that game back until the Sunday to give the players a little more chance to rest.
Wakefield are away at Wigan on Monday, so I wouldn't be surprised to see them leave a few key players out for that game and concentrate on the Cas game on Good Friday. Nobody expects them to do anything at Wigan anyway, so no great loss if they get humped.

Yorks CCC are at home on Sunday 15th, though it's only against the students from Leeds/Bradford. On saturday 14th, the RU lot are at home in their playoffs.
So in view of that & with an eye on the corporate shilling that's why GH opted to host the game on Friday.
I agree that Wakey may well rest key players on Monday but with such a small squad that may be difficult.
The crowd will be miniscule IMV since we struggled to get much over 4000 even when season ticket holders got in free. Now they have to pay I can see us struggle to get 3000, I'm seriously considering not wasting my money.
Band waggoner or what? I'll be there at Wembley though & I will stay to the bitter end.

Agree, it's the forwards who will struggle the most over the Easter period and I personally agree and would have a big bench. Would be good to see singleton get a game

| Webb wont be back for neither game, and may have played his last game for Leeds, if what I hear is true.

Yes. We have 6 front line props on the books. Kylie & Peacock should only play 1 game each. Moore will be glad of the game time, Bailey should be fine for both given his recent break. Would be nice to see singleton. The back row is where its harder. With Hauraki & JJB injured, and Pitts now not an option it seems we're a little stretched here. So I'd have Kirke in there one game, and use Ward as 13
