My favourite try at Headingley (not necessarily the best) was McGuire at home to Bradford in 2004 (I think it was Iestyn's first visit since his return from rugby union).
They kicked off to start the game, we took it in the corner of the north stand and what is now the carnegie stand, and set off back. After 2 or 3 tackles we were just short of half way, the crowd was right up for it. Wayne McDonald took a drive, offoaded back to Diskin. Diskin tipped it onto Poching, who arced towards the middle, made a half break, and there was (as you just knew he would be for that entire season) McGuire on his left shoulder at full tilt.
McGuire was 1 on 1 with Reardon, did a little goose-step and arced to the left, rounding Reardon (who may have slipped, I can't remember), to dive in infront of the packed Western Terrace (Bulls fans), in a cloud of sand that was in the ingoal area. I think this was the loudest I've ever heard the southstand, and one of the first times I believed we would win the title.
We went on to win 42-12 or something, I think McGuire got 2 and so dd Chris McKenna

. Magic evening, in what is undoubtedly my favourite ever season watching Leeds.
