That was my initial concern as well. In an ideal world the assistant coach should be more of a "good cop" to the top man's "bad cop". The other way round would work as well, but having all your coaches on one extreme could be a bad thing. I suppose if Adamson is in the set up as well he'd be the "motivation" guy to counteract the discipline instilled by these two.
As ever, I'll wait and see and judge them, as well as the new signings, by what happens on the pitch.
