But do neither do all the press who voted!!! So to be fair, not sure what your point is unless you do not have Sky and or don't watch many Sky games. I see the majority of our games and the majority of Sky games...

| Quote FearTheVee="FearTheVee"Forwards are about right but the backs look poor IMO. Off the top of my head I think this team would have been much better:
S Tomkins
P Richards
M King
C Bridge
R Atkins
R Chase
D McGuire
J Graham
J Roby
A Morley
B Westwood
J Tomkins'"
A 13 man team might be even more effective. Just ask the Hull fans

| Quote G1="G1"FTV, has Graham been up there this year? Seems to have been a down year compared to previous from what I have seen though, to be fair, I may be letting the way we did him in the semi cloud my judgment.'"
As you rightly point out, he was very poor indeed defensively in the semi final.
He has, however, made c.1000 metres more than the next highest metre making prop this season which is remarkable really.
Bearing in mind the long term injury to Maurie and the long periods other pack men have spent injured (Soliola, Wilkin etc) or out of position in the backs (Flannery, Moore, Wilkin) he's been pretty miraculous in his performances again to be honest.
The bloke is a machine. I can't wait to see his performances next season with some decent prop support for once in Perry and LMS.

Not saying he has been anything but good, but Monaghan has been far better.

Maybe not so much on here because this is the Leeds board but give the dream team thread on the VT a bit of time to get to 10 pages and see all the bitching about it being "Incorrect".
I've got nothing against "the dream team" and have no problem debating it but I just think some people take it far too seriously.

Bit of a myth I reckon, check out his stats v SOL and he'll get humped for workrate, line breaking and creativity I would imagine.

| To be fair, I get the impression from following the likes of Chris Irvine on Twitter that if they rules would allow them to pick a team and then have some sort of system to convert that into a Dream Team they would prefer that. The only choice they have is to pick Tomkins at stand-off because of the rules on voting, even though he has played his best rugby from FB, which means that Wellens ends up been at FB by being second choice to Tomkins and McGuire also got left out as a second choice to Tomkins!!!

He's been a great player, but never MOS this year.
Fully agree with the suggestions above with the exception of Senior though - I don't think he's been of the same calibre as Morley for instance in 2010.

I would have had Westwood down as MOS anyway personally, but failing that I think Graham deserves the accolade this year more than when he last won it. He's held that Saints pack on his own this year for the most part, and excelled whilst doing it.
