I agree but to be fair cas had to do a lot of defending especially in the second half and if we were to get shenton or atkins i'd expect them to be better playing in a better squad. |

Atkins has nothing on Shenton, wouldn't even be an improvement on Senior or Watkins if he signed for Leeds.

Without the uni Leeds are still way under the cap with the biggest support, if Leeds are skint where does that leave most other clubs. |

As rhinoms said, it wasn't really the game to judge Shenton on.
I have to say I agree though that Shenton has hit a plateau at this point in the season and is nowhere near his early season influence or form. I guess it coincides with Castleford's overall performances having done likewise.
The full back(winger) Richard Owen saw plenty of ball last night which helped him stand out but he's not a centre..... yet. |
