He didn't actually, he said two more world class signings, and Trent Merrin could be one of them. He didn't say two more marquee signings, but then again it doesn't necessarily have to be marquee to be world class.

If we lose Garbutt I don’t necessarily see Merrin as his replacement - Merrin is more what SOL was meant to be. Still need 1 very good proper prop IMO

I've watched interview again and he didn't say two more world class signings. In addition Kev said we'd like 2 marquee signings and we have one already here in Hurrell.

I was going off the printed interview only, and it clearly says two more world class players. Whether the media have printed wrong is not for me to say, but it definitely says two more, and the rest of his interview is along those lines.

I still think there will be three signings coming in.

Furner wants George Burgess.
