| Quote: ThePrinter "You did though at the beginning of the 2014 season when Briscoe had arrived for BJB wing spot. You also felt the need to tell us that Dorn and Shaul had better 'per carry' stats like it actually meant something.
Also I don't mind Burrow, as a substitute option. As a starting hooker I'm like 99% of the people on here who can see it's massively flawed.'"
What I said was that BJB was better on attack which he was at the time. Haraker has improved his attack since then but despite doing so many good things still shows a lack of class in not passing when he should as in his disallowed try tonight or perhaps he is just greedy Either way it is a flaw which you choose to overlook.
Being sheep like doesn't make you right. Aiton has played very well this season but his success is overrated by many as he has benefited from the form and lines of running of his teammates no doubt worked out on the training field.
Burrow of course will not make the same number of tackles but Leeds have worked out how to overcome this and his unique attacking skills make up for this. You may not have noticed but Burrow was effective when he came on and showed he is equally capable of making a switch pass from acting half so fitting in with the game plan of the coach.
Aiton will be missed and it will be interesting to see by how much as I think the rest of the pack will continue in the same style and Burrow will play his part.

There was a massive drop in what Burrow brought to the team last night and what Aiton was doing. You would have to be incredibly biased not to see that. He contributed, but his work at dummy half is a massive climb down on what Aiton was bringing.
I was sat in a bar in Cyprus, with Wigan, Warrington, Cas, Leigh, and a Halifax fan, watching that game. They were amazed at how good Leeds were. But the Wigan and Saints fans, in their words "we're so p15sed off at how damn good Hardaker is". Further saying "he is so far ahead of every fullback in England, he should be in the NRL, as he would walk into most sides there". When I told him that a couple fans were questioning him even being in the top five, they burst out with laughter, true story. When I told them one numpty actually wanted rid of him and keeping BJB, one of them came very close to pi5s1ng his pants. When he settled down he said, we all have fans like that, who don't have a clue.
You didn't by the way only mention his attack, you only started to change that one this season when it was highlighted consistently weekly how poor your judgement was. As the season has progressed he has shown just how good he is attacking wise and passing. Like the pass for Burrow's try when he could have scored himself.
It was so good to watch a match with oppossition teams all wanting you to lose, except the Leigh one funny enough, and then to listen to them gushing about us after. And seriously I mean gushing about us, they were just gobsmacked.

| I was one who suggested there were FB better than him in some aspects of the game - the only one who has eclipsed him in games against Leeds is Bowen. There isn't a better all round FB in SL at the moment. He will never make a half back, like Tomkins he doesn't possess the skill sets for that role.

He didn't need to break a sweat against us just use his head and skill set - brain beats brawn everytime.
What is sad is Bowen has nowhere near the influence against other sides

Where as Hardaker has been brilliant against most sides this season
Bowen has barely set anything alight. Think he would struggle to alight a fart in a lift
