Basically, Kippax is now in Leeds. However, we'll allow those who were born and lived there before a certain date to say it's not if it makes them happy (bless them). Anyone born there since that date is from Leeds, no arguments.
Now who's going to tell LUFC and Leeds Rhinos that they need to move into the city centre to ensure they are playing in Leeds?
