Yeah agree re Gale but that'll be par for the course for anything late from now on. The review timing I'm with you on too. Presumably a few other players affected too?

If Walker isn’t ready and Newman injured id put Myler at full back, Broadbent in the centres and Sutty at 6

Leeming looked a better half than Myler and Sutcliffe last season, but unless Johnson starts at hooker with Dwyer on the bench, I can't see Agar going with that.
It then comes down to Myler or Sutcliffe. Both players who have stated they prefer to play in different positions to halfback. I don't like either at halfback but if Leeming is not an option andNewman is fit I would opt for Sutcliffe .
Oh for a Luke Gale.

I really can't get my head round why so many think Sutty is still a viable option at six. He has no kicking game and lacks the vision to create chances for others. Give the poor lad a run at centre and do him a favour. Myler may not be a brilliant but he knows the ropes and along side Sezer he'll be OK. Walker, if fit, slots in full back and if not young Broadbent gets a go.
