IMO the key to this calamity is the Leeds players. Having won it from fifth they appear to me to be failing to put in the hard work winning a title almost every year really involves. It's not particular individual lack of effort in any particular game; but it's the tiny short cuts, the slightly easily given-up chases, the really desperate determination on the goal line. This team is guilty of believing its own hype.

I disagree, the SC has made coaches work with what they have. If the coaches dont have the players its the chairman that needs to look at the setup and players he has got.

And if Wigan had played as poorly as Leeds tonight then Wane would of been commiting murders in the dressing room afterwards (I wouldn't of liked to be Charnley after the game if he somehow missed the kick to make it 50) and a fair few would miss the game next week. So its up to the coach to prevent any sloppy areas of the game by not accepting them.
